Size & Care

Start with the individual product page

Fit, construction, and care information can vary by item and option. Start with the relevant product page in the collection, then contact us before ordering if a measurement, material, care instruction, or available option is not clear. Do not assume that one product's sizing or care approach applies to every product.

Measure carefully

The size chart shown in our product galleries is a general reference in inches and pounds. Available options and fit can vary by style; confirm the selected product with us before ordering.

Use a soft measuring tape while your pet is standing comfortably. Record the measurements requested for the item, such as neck, chest or girth, and back length where relevant. Measure over the position where the item will sit rather than pulling the tape tight. Compare your measurements with the product-specific information, and include them in an email if you want help interpreting what is shown.

• Measure twice and write down the result before choosing an option.
• Consider the pet's build, coat, movement, and comfort rather than relying only on a familiar size name.
• Do not force a garment on a pet or leave an item on an unsupervised pet if that could create a safety concern.
• Check the fit regularly and stop using an item if it appears damaged, uncomfortable, or unsuitable.

Care with the item in hand

Follow any care label, packaging instruction, or product-specific direction supplied with the item. If those instructions differ from general advice, the item-specific instruction should guide care. When no instruction is available, contact us before washing, drying, altering, or treating the item. We do not guarantee a particular outcome from general care guidance because products, finishes, washing equipment, water conditions, and use can differ.

Before you request an order

Ask any fit or care question before confirmation, especially if the order depends on a specific measurement or use case. An order request is handled by email and remains subject to written confirmation. For product-selection questions, use Contact. For questions after delivery, read Returns & Exchanges before sending an item anywhere.
